As a rule of thumb, no matter how much healthy food you consume daily make sure not to skip any meals.  Most of us may skip breakfast and just take brunch as an excuse to missing out on the most important meal of the day.  Always remember that the body has been on fasting mode while we are sleeping for 6 to 8 hours at night time.  Thus, never prolong the fasting hours and be kind to your body’s vital organs.  The vital organs constantly require energy to function well.  Its optimal performance would be dependent on the right timing of providing nourishment to the body.  It is not just all about taking the right kinds of food while dieting but also taking these foods at the right time of the day.

organizing your life 2Creating a workable list of tasks and goals is the first step in organizing your life in order to manage stress and fatigue better.  If you keen on putting your life into balance, set out priorities and do not push yourself too hard about things that are impractical and ridiculously too materialistic.  Keep life simple and you will understand that happiness is not all about the latest technology or the most expensive jewelry.  If you want to manage your life and enjoy every single day of it, start to thankful about your blessings and consequently share the good things you have received.

Definitely, this is not about preaching how to become a martyr.  But these are the basic pointers on how to take control of your life and make this lifetime an enjoyable journey that you will not regret when the credits roll as you wait on your death bed.  It is best to start controlling and organizing your life by putting more value to the things that matter most.  And what matters most are not material things and objects but people who at the same time can give value to your being.  You hold the key to our happiness as they say, however,  you can only achieve it when you are focused in organizing your life and make things happen.

But things may not instantly happen even if you are too passionate about it.  Aside from will and determination to achieve your goals and keep things in control, you must learn to be practical in terms of decision making.  Take risks if it is necessary but be sure to have already weighed your options beforehand.  Do not be too careless with your approaches whether at work or with your personal relationships.  You can only manage your life better by acknowledging the opportunities at hand and put it side by side with your responsibilities.  This way, you can clearly see whether that specific opportunity can accommodate the responsibilities at hand.  It is not easy to recognize real opportunities at all if you just see one side of life.  Take a turn and see how your current tasks and responsibilities could be affected before grabbing that opportunity.
